The Units are acquired through the use of a limited recourse Investment Loan. The Investment Loan details will be specified in the relevant Term Sheet PDS. The Issuer will apply the Loan Amount to pay the Issue Price per Unit. Additionally, the relevant Term Sheet PDS will specify whether you are required to prepay any interest on the Investment Loan before the Commencement Date for the Units or annually. The Interest Rate and Interest Payment Dates are described in relevant the Term Sheet PDS.

This Application Form accompanies the Anadara Deferred Purchase Agreement Master PDS dated 19 May 2025, and any supplementary PDSissued for the Units. It is important that you read the Term Sheet PDS, Master PDS, and Target Market Determination in full, and the acknowledgements contained in this Application Form before applying for the Units. The Issuer will provide you with a paper copy of the Term Sheet PDS including the Master PDS, any supplemental PDS, Target Market Determination, and the Application Form, on request without charge.

A person who gives another person access to the Application Form must at the same time and by the same means give the other person access to the PDS including any supplemental PDS, and Target Market Determination.

The Minimum Investment is 100,000 Units. Any additional investment to be in increments of 50,000 units.

This Application Form and direct debit details must be received by the Registrar by 4:00 pm on the Offer Closing Date to be processed and Units are only issued on receipt of:

o this Application Form;

o approval of the Application by the Issuer and Lender;

o verification of the applicant's identity and wholesale investor status;

o payment in full of the Prepaid Interest and any applicable Fees per the relevant Term sheet IM.
