Our wizard walks you through setting up an online application form for your offer
Application forms can be set up in minutes. Simply attach your offer doc, set the payment increments, set your AML/KYC/Wholesale investor documentation requirements (including sophisticated investor/accountant certificates), and define how you will receive payments (BPAY, EFT, cheque and/or direct debit).
You can also set up priority lists for preferred applicants and define your own terms and conditions.
Manage applications and payments
When applications are made, you’ll be sent a notification, the applicants can receive invoices automatically and receipts when payments are received.
If required, AML/KYC/Wholesale investor checks can be performed automatically through GreenID or manually.
Allot, scale-back or reject applications as required
When securities are allotted, investors will receive holding statements, certificates and an invitation to register for our Investor Centre.
